Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)

I have had 3 kids. After my first 2, I was able to get back into shape quickly. On the 3rd, it took its toll on my body. My stomach is stretched out, and despite losing most of the weight I gained, my stomach looks terrible. I am thinking about surgery for this. What are your recommendations?

An abdominoplasty, or a tummy tuck, is the surgery that is done on many people who have lost weight, very commonly after pregnancy. After pregnancy, some of the muscle fibers and soft tissue in the abdomen stretch and can break, and the only way to tighten this area again is with surgery. A qualified board certified plastic surgeon can do this surgery with a low complication rate, frequently with very nice results.
