Best and Worst BBQ Foods

I want to plan a summer barbeque for my family. Which foods are most healthy to cook for my entire family?

There are many choices for a barbecue, and some are healthier than others.  If you can make your potato salad with a vinaigrette, rather than mayo, and keep the skin on, it will be healthier.  I would also cook more burgers than hot dogs, as hot dogs are a processed meat, and not as healthy for you.  Also give diners a choice of healthier toppings; mustard is a healthier topping as it contains tumeric, a healthy Indian spice.
