This may sound like a stupid question – I love carrot juice, and I was wondering if it really helps you have good vision?

It is not a stupid question, and there is some truth to the fact that carrots help your eyes. Carrots may also help to decrease the risk of macular degeneration, and cataracts, two common problems as you get older.
