Early Cervical Cancer and Having Children

I am only 27 and just got married.  We were planning to have a baby, so I went to my gynecologist and she said that I have early cervical cancer.  She said I need surgery.  Will I still be able to have babies?  I feel so bad for my husband; he is such a good man and would be such a great dad. My foot doctor told me I have a bunion and I should wear comfortable shoes and should not squeeze my foot into tight fitting shoes.  I am very girly and single and like wearing nice shoes out, what else can I do?
